The limits are endless

As well as our standard single container models Iron & Pine can produce spaces utilising multiple containers and the limits really are endless to what can be achieve. We can stack containers multiple stories high and create open plan rooms by removing container walls.

A good example of this is ModVillage, where we have so far delivered over 3000 square feet of office space. Whether you’re looking for a temporary and demountable office development or a permanent structure, we can help. 

Because of the modular nature of our buildings, they can be added to at a later date, which creates great opportunities and can reduce risk in terms of testing demand before committing to a large build. Our buildings are also demountable so if your workforce moves, your office could (in theory) move with them. All of our office buildings are built to the highest standard both inside and out, are highly insulated and energy efficient, and they will last for decades to come.
