IP28 Office

Clean, Crisp, Modern.

The IP28 office is based on a standard 40ft shipping container and is a great option for growing firms. The space can be configured in a variety of ways to give toilet and kitchen facilities, open plan office space and meeting areas. French doors or bi-fold doors can be utilised to create lots of natural light and the ability to create inside/outside space to work with the incorporation of a deck. It’s also possible to form two separate offices the same size as the IP14 office and house two separate organisations in one building.

Ready to move in?

A clean crisp, modern look is achieved externally with floor to ceiling window and sharp lines, this office is bound to make an impression. Delivered ready to move into and just needs to be connected to on-site electricity, water and waste supplies which can usually be completed in a day if the services are ready. We can also provide furniture packages and send the office ready furnished.

The IP28 can sit on screw pile foundations, concrete pads or Jackpad foundations made of recycled plastic.
