About Iron & Pine

In 2018, a dream sparked between two friends, Luke Mazs and Alistair Fell, and the modular construction company Iron & Pine was born. The duo started by breathing new life into recycled shipping containers, transforming them into luxurious living spaces. Fast forward to 2024, their vision has flourished. From offices, accommodation, garden rooms to pop-up bars, Iron & Pine is now made up of 20 members of staff, each bringing expertise in design, fabrication, engineering and more.

Designing with Function

Whether we are producing a large office complex, a garden room or bar the same attention to detail and skilled workmanship create consistently amazing products which we send across the UK.  We use highly efficient insulation to ensure that we create buildings which are comfortable all year round and energy efficient. Our designers work to make spaces which are practical and optimally laid out.

Bringing your vision to life

We love bringing innovative ideas to life – it’s what we do. No project is too big or too small. We aim to deliver the finished unit within 12 weeks of order confirmation and they are normally delivered to sit ready to connect to onsite services. Our conversions comply with building regulations and other relevant British and European standards and are produced in efficient modular construction factory conditions.
