- 90mm insulation to walls – 130mm to ceiling – 70mm underfloor
- uPVC A Rated double glazed windows & doors with trickle vents and thumb turn locks
- Premium Birch ply walls and ceiling
- Mirror finish on windows and doors for privacy
- Externally painted with durable metal paint
- Plug and play electrical connection
- Air source heat pump for heating and cooling
