Bespoke modular houses

Our journey in modular houses construction began with a ground-breaking feat: transforming seven shipping containers into a fully functional and sustainable home. This innovative project solidified our commitment to eco-friendly and efficient building practices.

We’re more than just modular builders. Our extensive network of industry experts ensures that your home-building journey is in capable hands. From initial site visits to final touches, we provide a seamless experience. With a typical project timeline of 12-16 months, contact us today to start planning your dream home for a 2025 completion.

STEP One

Contact our team team to discuss your project. We’ll introduce you to our network of partners including architects, planning experts and building warrant advisors to help you get started.

Step two

With your architectural plans and building warrant in hand, our modular design specialists can start crafting the perfect home for you. They’ll review your plans and collaborate with you to create a unique and functional living space.

Step Three

After you’ve selected your perfect design and interior finishes, we’ll get started on building your modular house in our Dalbeattie workshop. Our experienced team will work diligently for approximately 12 weeks to bring your vision to life.

STEP FOUR

Prior to delivery, you’ll need to have your site prepared with ground screws or cement pads and essential connections for water, waste, and electricity. You’ll need to work with local tradesmen to complete these tasks.

STEP FIVE

Your home will be assembled on-site in just a few weeks following the completion of workshop construction and delivery.
