Unleash Your Potential: A Guide to Sustainable Shipping Container Solutions

Have you ever dreamt of a unique and sustainable space for your home or business? Converted shipping containers offer a versatile and eco-friendly solution for a variety of needs and we answer your FAQs below!.

Thinking about size? We offer standard units in 20ft or 40ft lengths, all 8ft wide and tall. Need more space? No problem! We can join units together or even stack them for a multi-level creation.

Double the space? No problem! Our standard units are designed to split in two for easy transportation and then reassembled on-site by our team.

Wondering about delivery and installation? Our small units are easily transported and unloaded by a HIAB lorry. In some cases, a crane may be needed. Installation is a breeze, taking no more than 2-5 days for our bigger units.

What about foundations? These units are surprisingly lightweight. They only require support at the corners and sometimes the centre, easily achieved with concrete pads, ground screws, or jack pads. If using ground screws, we recommend No More Digging.

Ready to go? Our units arrive ready for use, but you’ll want to work with local tradespeople to connect utilities like electricity, water, and waste disposal before delivery.

Lost in planning permission? Don’t worry! We partner with a trusted planning consultant who can advise you on navigating the process.

Need a financing solution? While we don’t offer finance directly, we can connect you with trusted partners to make your project a reality.

Built to last? Absolutely! Our units boast a lifespan of 50 to 60 years, and you’ll receive a 10-year structural warranty for peace of mind. Manufacturer warranties also cover finishes and components.

Time is money, right? We prioritise efficiency with a quick production time of 12 weeks per project.

Thinking about maintenance? Just like any building, these units require upkeep. The cladding, for example, needs attention every three years.

Want to personalise your space? Of course! We offer a variety of internal finishes to choose from when you receive your quote.

Ready to talk financials? Our payment schedule is straightforward: 50% upon order, 40% upon factory completion, and 10% upon installation.
